We convert guides and recommendations into beautiful interactive maps. At its core, the product is built to:

  • Drive engagement.

  • Increases view time.

  • Create a seamless user experience for your readers.

This Getting Started guide aims to point you to all the right places, in order to get up and running with the Vessel plugin in as little time as possible!

1. Downloading Vessel (WordPress Users)

1A: First things first, log into your site's WordPress dashboard. Should look something like this:

The plugin will automatically install so now you can begin importing Vessel maps (campaigns) to your site. But before that can happen, you'll need to create an account.

2. Creating your Vessel Account

2A: This process will be super familiar. Input the requested information, verify your email, and log into your account.

Consider subscribing to our Youtube Channel for tips, tricks, and tutorials.

3. Linking your Vessel Account to the WordPress Vessel Plugin.

3A: Once you've verified your email, you'll be able to log in. Head to the top right corner Account Details > Account Information:

3B: This will take you to your Admin Information. Here you'll find the API Key. Copy and paste this key into Vessel Options within your WordPress dashboard.

Copy the API Key:

3C: Head to Vessel Options within your Wordpress dashboard and paste the key within the required field:
